Student Fees or Fines

TouchBase Instructions to pay fees or fines online.

FAQ:

Why do we have textbook fees? Every school year, all students are assessed with a textbook fee. The textbook fee helps to cover the costs associated with maintaining the classroom sets of textbooks and other resources used.

Is the textbook fee the same for all students? The amount due for textbook fees is based on your income information that you provide at registration. That information determines if you qualified for reduced or waived fees.

My student is charged for a missing library book, but we found it. Can we have our money returned or can we have the fee removed? Library fees can be removed if the lost book is returned. If you’ve already paid for a lost library book and it is found, once the book is returned to the library, we can return the paid fee.

If I don’t pay my student’s fees this year, do the fees fall off? Fees accrue every year and will follow your student through their senior year.

Do I have to pay my student’s fees all at once? If you would like to make a payment arrangement, please contact the office manager here.

What forms of payment do you accept? You can pay online with a debit/credit card (See TouchBase Instructions above). If in person, we accept check, exact amount in cash, or you can pay over the phone with a debit/credit card.
